President & CEO John Somers speaks to the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission panel

Our entire Harmac team was honored and humbled to see our President & CEO John Somers speaking before a panel from the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, who came to Buffalo recently for a listening session. It was the Commission’s first meeting outside of Washington, D.C. since 2015 and its first time ever in Buffalo. Harmac was recommended to the commission "as an example of an employer who is doing really great work" in the areas of racial and economic justice in the workplace. It's very gratifying to be recognized for this work, and to know it's making a difference for our community.
